Here's the training I did for Montana.
• 4 mile runs on an elliptical while maintaining a 140 or less heart rate or 1 to 2 mile wakes in the neighborhood.
• Playing racquetball
•Use stairs when possible
• 100 leg lifts designed to strengthen knees and tighten stomach from desk chair 2x's/day
• Mowing the lawn
It worked for me.
